H3. Barley Beancurd with Ginko Nuts (白果薏米腐竹)

Barley Beancurd with Ginko Nuts is a well known Cantonese dessert, many will know it as "Fu Chuk Yi Mai Pak Kor Tong Sui". This sweet dessert served warm uses ingredients like barley, dried bean curd sheets, rock sugar and ginko nuts slowly cooked to perfection. We are generous in our ingredients and many of our customers like it because we make it lightly sweetened.
